Lettuce was started by a teen who wanted a place to speak up. Lettuce was started for everyone who wants to have a chance to speak up. Lettuce focuses on small ideas that create big solutions. Climate change is an issue that needs many small ideas, and we believe that some of the best ideas come from the unheard, from the youth, and from people without bias who know what simple solutions are.

We strive to help teens and kids reach out to people who can help them initiate their ideas and turn their small ideas into big solutions. We have a focus on climate change and other similar environmental issues, but we aren’t limited to showcasing only those ideas.
